In accordance with the amendment of 22 July 2014 to the Government Decree No.697 "On the Approval of the Rules of Retail Trade" No.738, quality goods purchased remotely (online, by phone) may be returned within 14 days, in accordance with the procedure set out in Articles 6.22810 and 6.22811 of the Civil Code.

We guarantee a full refund of all monies paid, including delivery costs. By returning the goods, you only pay the direct costs of returning the goods.
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days after the return of the goods.
No refunds will be given for goods that have been damaged intentionally or negligently, or that have been used improperly or not for the intended purpose.
Also, if you notice that your order is of poor quality, please notify us immediately at pagalba@humanitas.lt or by phone +370 612 33380. At your request, we will replace the faulty item with a quality item at our expense or refund the money you have paid for the item.
