How to order?

1. Cart

You can find items in the e-bookstore in the way that suits you: either by browsing the product menu or by using the search facility.

Have you chosen the product you want? Congratulations! Now all you have to do is click on the "Add to Cart" button and the selected item will instantly be in your shopping cart. At the top of the page, on the right hand side, you will see the total amount of purchases in your basket.

Then, once all the items you want have been added to your basket, all you have to do is confirm your order. You can do this by clicking on the "Checkout" button at the top right of the page.

Please check that all the items and quantities in your basket are correct. If they are, we will proceed to delivery.

2. Delivery of goods

Below the items you have selected in your basket, you will find the "Delivery" options.

You are presented with the following delivery options:

  • Delivery in Lithuania with DPD courier;
  • Delivery to the Omniva parcel machine of your choice;
  • Delivery to a DPD parcel machine of your choice;
  • Free pick-up at one of our bookstores ("Akademinė knyga" Universiteto st. 4, "Kalbų centras" K. Donelaičio st. 61 in Kaunas)
  • Delivery abroad (priority mail)

If you have a discount voucher for our e-bookstore, enter the discount code in the discount code box below and click on the "Enter code" button, you will immediately see next to it the amount of the discount.

Once you have chosen your delivery method and entered your discount code, click on the "Continue" button.

On the new page you will need to specify to whom we should deliver your purchase.

If you are not a registered user and do not wish to become one, you can choose to purchase without registration. Simply click on the "Specify Address" button and you will be asked to enter your contact details and delivery address on the page that opens.

If you are a registered user, simply enter your email address and login password and click on the "Login" button. Your contact details and delivery address will be uploaded automatically.

If you are not a registered user, but would like to become one, please select the third option - opening a personal account. After filling in the form, you will become a registered user and you will not have to enter your contact details and delivery address the next time you want to make a purchase.

If you are buying on behalf of a company and need to issue a VAT invoice to that company, click on the "Buying company" button and enter your company details.

If the goods will be received by your authorised representative, please indicate this in the "Notes" section.

Please check that all contact details and delivery address are correct. If so, please click on the "Continue" button. You now need to pay for your purchase.

3. Method of payment

We offer the following methods of payment:

Direct bank transfer. If you choose this payment method, you will be sent an invoice to your email inbox, which you can use to pay for your order by making a bank transfer. When making a payment order, please indicate your order number in the payment destination field, which you will find in the email sent to you. If you wish to choose this method of payment, please click on the "Choose" button.

If you choose this payment method, please note that it may take up to 2 working days to complete the transfer, and that a fully completed but unpaid order does not constitute a reservation. As stated in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase, delivery of the goods will only commence upon receipt of payment.

Electronic banking

In accordance with the latest provisions of the Law on Payments of the Republic of Lithuania and in order to ensure the security of payments, we are changing the payment procedure.

1) Once you have chosen a bank, you must first log in to your e-banking account and initiate the payment.

2) After the initiation, you will be returned to the payment window of your bank's intermediary Paysera. On the left you will see your order number, the amount due and the details of the seller (Humanitas UAB), and on the right you will see your account number/s.

3) Select the account from which you want to pay and confirm the payment by logging back into your online banking account.

The payment initiation service is provided by UAB Paysera LT (Electronic Money Institution Licence No. 1 granted by the Bank of Lithuania)

Credit cards. The order can be paid by credit cards. To choose this payment method, please click on the "Pay" button.

We will receive notification of your payment and your order will be processed immediately.
